Services

Therapy for neurodivergent teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or behind.

Maybe you are burned out from holding everything together, struggling to begin things you genuinely care about, or quietly wondering whether adult life is always going to feel this hard.

You do not need a perfect explanation or a clear starting point. We can begin with what is happening now and figure out the next step together.

ADHD • Autism • Anxiety • Burnout • Executive Functioning • Masking & Identity • Life Transitions

Wherever you're starting from, we'll figure out the next step together.

Therapy for Teens

For teens who are trying hard, carrying a lot, and tired of people mistaking struggle for laziness, attitude, or lack of effort.

Therapy for Young Adults

For young adults trying to build a life while managing a brain that does not offer the same energy, focus, or access to skills every day.

Common Starting Quests

Understanding Your Wiring

✦

ADHD, autism, sensory differences, strengths, challenges, and learning how your brain actually works.

Burnout & Overwhelm

✦

When everything feels like too much and you're exhausted from trying to hold it all together.

Masking & Identity

✦

Figuring out who you are underneath expectations, people-pleasing, and survival strategies.

Executive Function & Daily Life

✦

Planning, organization, motivation, routines, and building systems that actually fit your brain.

Relationships & Boundaries

✦

Navigating friendships, family, dating, communication, and learning how to protect your energy without losing yourself.

Overthinking & Self-Doubt

✦

The constant what-ifs, perfectionism, second-guessing, and fear that one wrong choice will somehow ruin everything.

What Sessions Can Look Like

What therapy looks like here depends on you. We might talk something through, make art, play a game, follow a fandom rabbit hole, investigate a weird metaphor, or sit quietly while we figure out where to begin.

You never have to be artistic, talk the entire time, or agree to an activity just because I suggested it. I bring questions, tools, ideas, and experience. You bring whatever matters today. We figure out what helps together, with curiosity instead of shame.
